G-DRAGON, musician, producer, fashion icon, leader of BIGBANG – one of the best-selling boy bands in Asia and the world – is “the undisputed king of K-Pop” (as the American Vogue has called him), finally bringing his world tour to Europe for the first time, touching down in London on Sunday, 24th September at The SSE Arena in Wembley.
His latest world tour, which did not bring him to the old world but saw him performing in 8 different countries, including Australia and the US, attracted over 570,000 fans. And at the first performance of this year’s tour, on 10th June in Seoul, over 40,000 people were in attendance.
The expectations for the London gig are therefore really high.
G-DRAGON 2017 World Tour <ACT Ⅲ, M.O.T.T.E> aims to explore the third phase of his career at 30 years old (thus ‘ACT III’), giving insight into the truth hidden behind his famous life and success (M.O.T.T.E. stands for ‘Moment of Truth the End’), by presenting his latest mini-album released on 8th June 2017 and titled Kwon Ji Yong after his birth name.
