Sengalese songwriter, Biram Seck revisits the U.K. with his band, following a stint on British shores a few summers ago including an acclaimed 19 date tour, the band infuse an unmistakeable Senegalese sound with afro blues and powerful lyricism.
Female power on the night comes courtesy of Reggae singer and songwriter Empress Imani, with a distinctive style described by some as a fusion of ‘Soulful, Sassy, Rootsy, Bashy, Dignified and Queenly’, Imani draws on inspiration from her homelands, St Vincent and The Grenadines.
Groovers and shakers will be safe in the hands of DJS Snuff, JP Kairo and Bombotropics DJs Kalinka and Dave Aardvark, spinning Afrohouse, Hi-Life, Afrobeat and party vibes throughout the session.
