Preview: Tropicalista Thames Boat Party @ Tower Pier (London, 11th June 2016)

Wear your snazziest swimmies, because the Dutch Master is ready to raise the anchor and set sail riding the Tropical wave and Latin gust of Tropicalista Thames Boat Party.

So jump on board one of the most celebrated party vessel on duty on the Thames and enjoy four hours of South American and Caribbean scented vibes. Russ Jones (aka Hackney Globetrotter) from Arriba La Cumbia, Cal Jader founder of Movimientos, Afro-American sound wizard Spiritual South and Tropical Beats DJs will be your skippers throughout the night and let you dance to some exotic tunes and groovy rhythms.

From cumbia to afrobeat, highlife to salsa, more than navigating the Thames it will look like crossing the Atlantic Ocean from Central America to Western Africa. But you won’t mind much of the route, because you’ll be entirely focussed on following the upbeat tempo, moving your hips and shaking your booty!
