We're delighted to welcome Daptone Records' afrobeat band Antibalas back to our stage to celebrate their 20th anniversary as a band this spring.

Modelled after Fela Kuti's Africa 70 band and Eddie Palmieri's Harlem River Drive Orchestra, the Brooklyn outfit have had a huge number of members over the years, but what hasn't changed is the core ethos of Antibalas; a multi cultural take on afrobeat, mixed with funk, jazz, dub and improvisation, which is translated into a raucous and hard hitting live show. This is sure to be no different.
