                             Norfolk World Music Festival 2019

We are delighted to announce that the dates for the 11th annual World Music Festival this year are Friday 26the to Sunday 28th July for those wishing to camp; and we are excited that our main day, Saturday 27th July, will coincide with the new ‘Norfolk Day’ which was launched last year to celebrate all that’s good about Norfolk.

Here at Norfolk World Music Festival we are once again bringing the world to you with an amazing line up of fantastic bands both on the international and local scale. From Cuba, Ireland, India, Pakistan, Portugal, UK, Zimbabwe, Eastern Europe, Gambia and Brazil we can guarantee it’s going to be a colourful weekend and we can’t wait to share it with you.

We will be offering food from Thailand and Vietnam, as well as the Zimbabwean cuisine which was so popular last year. Natural Born Grillers will be serving their yummy burgers and vegetarians/vegans will also be well catered for. We always pay attention to audience feedback and based on suggestions received we are adding to this year’s beverages with Hope Coffee Company serving speciality coffees all weekend. We welcome Dann’s Luxury Ice Creams, Sunrise Crepes and members of the local church will be sustaining us with their homemade cakes and tea.

As part of our growth structure we are thrilled to have www.leapinghare.org  sell the festival tickets for us this year. With three choices available on how to purchase your tickets we hope this is a positive addition to your festival experience. You can either pop into their shop at 20 King Street, Thetford, phone 01842 751975 or buy your tickets online. Prices vary according to your requirements. There are discounted prices for children and under 6’s come for free!
