Rhythm Passport Presents: Namlo & Friends

namlo2

When good friends leave, you always look forward to organising the best farewell party ever, and when these good friends are also top-notch musicians, you put two and two together for a music party like no other!

This May, join Rhythm Passport, Ganga Thapa, Namlo and many more music friends for a night of contemporary folk sounds with South Asian accents.

In the last few years, Namlo have enriched the London music scene with their Nepalese roots, fusing their native country tradition with global influences played by a fabulous array of world musicians. Thus, throughout the evening (hosted by Tina Tamang, President of the SOAS Nepali Society), you will go through a full Nepal-meets-the-world experience, relishing in the Asian country’s notes, colours and flavours (authentic Napalese traditional food will be sold during the event), but also enjoying a fusion with the London cultural landscape.
