Incredibly pleased to announce the official live launch of Yelfris Valdes' 'The World of Eshu Dina' EP at the Total Refreshment Centre.

The highly acclaimed Havana born Cuban Trumpet player, recognised for his work co-writing 'Black Focus' as part of Yussef Kamaal, co-founding the band Ariwo for the Manana Festival 2016 released his debut solo EP which see's an exclusive live premiere on March 1st.

The Grammy Award Nominee's (2010 as part of Sierra Maestra) project journeys through his roots & personal inspirations. As well as working with Buena Vista Social Club's Omara Portuondo and Guajiro Mirabal, Yelfris has also toured with the likes of KANO, Kaidi Tatham & Dego, Quantic Music, Dayme Arocena, OUM (Diva from Morocco) Charlie Hunter and Sugar Ray Rayford.

He's been highlighted by Jazzwise as "one of the brightest stars on London’s already vibrant Cuban and Latin jazz scene" and having recorded with Roberto Fonseca, Gilles Peterson, Moses Boyd, Yussef Dayes, Yussef Kamaal & Blue Lab Beats, It's not hard to see why.
