Preview: Gianni Denitto @ Hootananny (London; Sunday 7th July 2019)

It’s been a while that we have been trying to bring Gianni Denitto, his saxophone and far-reaching soundscapes to a London stage, and finally we are going to make it on 7th July at Hootananny!

The Italian artist is something more than a jazz and jazzy musician; he’s a one-man-band, pushing the saxophone to its limits, and boosting its sound with electro, hip-hop, reggae and even South Asian-scented arrangements.

There’s arguably no better way to honour our July appointment with Global Sound than by introducing Gianni and his recently released EP, Kala, to the London audience. His performance will indeed bring the world to Hootananny, thanks to his open-minded approach and music wizardry.

So, let us invite you to a one-off show that will inspire and let you wander the music world on a summer Sunday evening.
