The K-Music Festival has returned to London, with a multi-coloured programme of music and performance that will rock the British capital until the end of October.
After the kick-off on 15th September, the festival will hit Rich Mix, the Shoreditch multi-arts venue, on Tuesday 27th September, for a night of electro punk-rock music.
Idiotape and PATiENTS are both bands hailing from the independent scene of Seoul. Whereas Idiotape is an example of a new-wave, rock-infused electronica, whose music is mostly synthesizer-based, the influence behind the style of Patients can be traced back to old school punk-rock, although they experiment with keyboards in many songs, creating what they consider a “hybrid genre”.
The two bands are like the two sides of a coin. A perfectly put line-up.
