For the second visit of the K-Music Festival to Shoreditch’s Rich Mix, two acts will take the stage on Friday 21st October.

Danpyunsun & The Sailors are a four-piece band founded in 2013. Their music is extremely original, ranging from folk, to rock, to classical — if asked to label it, they call it “psychedelic-chamber-folk”. Danpyunsun, the group’s singer and guitarist, is accompanied by The Sailors: Jang Do Hyeok, who is at ease with a wide range of percussion instruments, violinist Jang Soo Hyun providing the enchanting melody to many of their songs, and Choi Woo Young, whose bass keeps everything together.

Asian Chairshot are the trio made up of Youngwon Hwang, Heenam Son and Kyewan Park. Their music covers every shade of rock: garage, alt-rock, even psychedelia infused 70s rock.

Expect a night of unique and quality rock music.
