Two Brazilian musicians who love to explore music, both in geographical and stylistic acceptations, a bunch of talented guests, a scenic venue, and a wandering of notes researching meanings behind art and creativity; not a bad way to spend a Friday evening in late November…

TransparenSea, the event organised by Outernational Sounds and going on stage at the House of St Barnabas on Friday 22nd November, will indeed be an inspired musical expedition, led by singer/songwriter Nina Miranda and multi-instrumentalist Domenico Lancellotti, backed by Phil Dawson on guitar and Jansen Santana on percussions, and with special guests like Maia Barouh, Carwyn Ellis, Ricardo Dias Gomes and Shawn Lee.

It will be a two-hour-long musical exchange, in which every participant will bring her/his own artistic and cultural approach and attitude to the stage and harmonise with the others. It will also be an occasion to dance to some far-out records spun after the collective performance and until 1am by DJs Harv-inder, Senrab and Nina Miranda.
