Tokyo Sound Land is the new project of Yuppies Music, a music booking agency for alternative artists from the UK, Europe and Japan, committed to “joining the dots between cultures”.

For the first instalment of the project, supported by The Great British Sasakawa Foundation and Tru Thoughts Records, three of Japan’s most talented producers on the scene today will tour Europe this May — touching down at the Jazz Café in Camden, London on Thursday 11th.

Expect an extended back to back session between Tru Thoughts protégé Anchorsong, RBMA alumnus Daisuke Tanabe and Sónar Festival favorite Ametsub, going from beats and bass, to experimentalism and field recordings.
