Yin Yang Collective combines eastern and western classics in programmes of entertaining musical fusion. Hear exotic Chinese instruments - xiao (flute), guzheng (zither), erhu (two-string fiddle), zhongruan (moon lute), yang qin (hammer dulcimer) with piano and guitar in a unique east-west perspective.The players will present their instruments in a fun and accessible introduction to Chinese music.

For January's Chinese New Year celebration Yin Yang Collective presents a special festive programme featuring music from around the world, including traditional Chinese New Year tunes and a special folk song medley of tunes from UK, France and Greece: an exhilarating journey from Buenos Aires to Beijing.  Taking part are dulcimer virtuoso Yujing Chao, multi-instrumentalists Dennis Lee and Charlie Cawood, erhu specialist Yu-Yao Teo and Yin Yang Collective's director, pianist Mark Troop.
