Earthquake Fundraiser at Jamboree ft Amaraterra, The Burning Glass Duo, Planetman + more

Jamboree is proud to join grassroots venues across London in coming together to run a series of events in support of the rescue and aid operations for the Turkey and Syria earthquake.
Music is a healer. It's the best tool we are able to offer in aid of such a disaster. We hope every one of you can support this cause the best you can. Lots of great bands, local and international, have united to play for free in order to raise funds across several venues, with all funds set up to go directly to the charities Turkey Mozaik Foundation & Choose Love (please see details at the bottom of the page).

---------Amaraterra----------
Formed in London, UK in 2011 by a group of passionate ex-pats from Salento, Southern Italy, Amaraterra has grown into a multi-national ensemble, presenting its audience with a joyful and energetic selection of pizzica and roots music from all over the southern Italy, also adapting its style of music to the vibrant and cosmopolitan world music scene without weakening the links to its traditional canon.
----------The Burning Glass Duo----------
“A group of lyrically-witty and jauntily harmonised storytellers” – Virgin Music
"The old folk technique of turning self-experiences into clever songs was never more apparent at the festival than in The Burning Glass’, providing witty and humorous bursts of acoustic goodness.” – For Folks Sake
---------Planetman-----------
"Planetman blends highlife guitars and reggae with earnest folk and brightly soulful vocals.” - METRO, London
A founding member of iconic London venue Passing Clouds, Planetman’s monthly Little Blue Ball parties spanned over a decade, and have become legendary for their eclectic mix of both music and people, and consistently sky-high vibes. Seven years running the Sunday Night Jam Sessions at the venue established him as a key figure in the London music scene and led to further work as a promoter of World Music projects include founding the Global Beats Festival, which he curated and headlined at Wilton’s Music Hall, and World Music Jam, a successful commission for the BBC’s Lonely Planet event.
-------- Hosted by Dila V ( The Odd Beats)
Dila is a Turkish singer and event organiser / general stage sheenanigan, known for her role within the grassroots and festival scene and as a singer for the Turkish band Odd Beats and the Band of Burns
