Firefly & Gypsy Disco Presents: New Years Eve Extravaganza

Towards the end of every year, when minds are full of Christmas cheer, our feet begin to shake again, and carols drive us round the bend, towards the thumping up the street, then round the corner we will creep, following the lights that glow, the plucking of an old banjo, and here is where we're free to stomp, with Sam and his unruly Womp, and those that travel day and night, with hoops that twirl and flames so bright, then once again up straight we'll stand, to shake and flail with The Turbans, and soon there'll be times that sing true, with memories bright and bad times few, to lead us in to this new land, John Langan and his ferrel band, come one and all, small and large, with family, friends we'll promenade, around a beautiful bonanza, our New Years Eve Extravaganza!

Room 1: Firefly

Sam and the Womp
Huge brassy sound, grooving drums and infectious Womping bass.

The John Langan Band
High energy, unhinged, and musically extravagant, taking traditional acoustic idioms and delivering them with punk abandonment and virtuosic flare!

The Turbans
International musical collective bringing together exciting music from traditional near-eastern and eastern-European styles and their own compositions, to create a modern and energetic performance with reverence for its ancient roots.

Garance & The Mitochondries
Rag tag ensemble of gifted rogues, the band mix destroyed dynamics and unexpected changes with traditional folkloric styles...You could call it a kind of "dirty tango, rock n roll, post-musette, tramp jazz, progressive gypsy..."

intO the mOOn
Violin driven Gypsy, Rock & Roll with sung with a cabaret flair

Slack Banter Soundsystem, DJ's and Visuals

Room 2: Gypsy Disco
Circus performance / Pole Dancing / Burlesque / Acrobats Belly Dancers / Interactive theatre /

We are calling all Dreamers, Fanatics, Freaks and Explorers, join us for a night to celebrate the odd and obscure.

A euphoric show featuring fire-breathers and belly dancers, circus performers and burlesque.

Our roaming family have been in exile, somewhere we don't know, for causing havoc in the hills.

Sent away for their infectious capacity to cause mass hysteria, delirium and frenzy among the people, we have welcomed them with opened arms and invited them to settle right here in London fields.

To commemorate their arrival, take off your clothes, paint your face and prepare for a night that you probably won't remember!

Come join us to welcome the new year by Singing, Dancing & Getting Naked!
