FOWOKAN re-unites international reggae artist Jimmy Lindsay with Sam Kelly, founding member of the legendary British funk outfit Cymande. Together they have formed an exciting band that melds soul, reggae and roots with hard-hitting funky vibes, featuring some of the best musicians of their genres.In addition to Sam and Jimmy, the backbone of FOWOKAN comprises Paul Jobson (keys/vocals), Richard Sadler (bass), Tony Qunta (guitar/vocals), Michael ‘Lally’ Carey (guitar/vocals) and Jerome Marcus (percussion).These musicians hail from Jamaica, Singapore, South Africa, Holland and England, each bringing their own history of great performance and collaboration to the band.
