Ego Ella May’s deep passion and respect for jazz is channelled into contemporary compositions that have received glowing reviews across the board.
Her songwriting takes influence from both reflective moments of solitude and intimate conversations with friends, revealing her vulnerabilities through her music.
Ego Ella May has worked with Oscar Jerome, Joe Armon-Jones (Ezra Collective), Wu-Lu and Eddie
Hick (Sons of Kemet).
She released debut album So Far in September 2019.
