Gogol Bordello – Gypsy Punks: Underdog World Strike 10th Anniversary Tour

Please note, this show is 16+.

Gogol Bordello will bring its Gypsy Punks: Underdog World Strike Tour to the UK with a two night run at KOKO.

Fusing elements of punk, Gypsy music, and more, Gogol Bordello first released Gypsy Punks: Underdog World Strike in the summer of 2005. Produced by Steve Albini, the album tells the true American immigrant story of ringleader/visionary Eugene Hütz who, combined with the rest of the Gogol collective, attained a new level of musical and lyrical intensity on this album that translated into nearly every language on earth. Fans and critics alike raved about Gypsy Punks; The New York Times declared their sound as “raucous, sweaty, tuneful and recklessly vibrant” while The FADER called the album “pure fire” and CMJ boldly declared it “the most exciting rock music coming out of New York.”

Tickets for this event are available from the venue box office, and can be purchased at face value if payment is made in cash. Please note promoters may increase ticket price if purchased on the night. Please note, you may be required to have your ID scanned at the front door.
