She has worked, either as a dj or an event manager, with some of the biggest names in Greece and in the world e.g. Joe Claussell, Louie Vega, David Morales, Frankie Knuckles, Ron Trent, Francois K, Josh Milan, Jihad Muhammad, Jovonn, Osunlade, dj Spinna, Dennis Ferrer, Timmy Regisford, Glenn Underground, just to name a few. For the past few years she is the booking manager and resident dj at the House On The Beach parties at the renowned Cariocas beach bar in Greece, and has played in Switzerland, the UK – London (Ministry Of Sound), Manchester (Hidden), the Netherlands, Italy – Rome and Catania, and Portugal. Anna K is also the Liaison Manager and resident dj of Odyssia Festival. As a dj she is known for being in contact with the public, feeling the dance floor and playing accordingly, always with a preference to Soulful and Deep House music.
NickolaDuFunk is not an ordinary music persona. Born in mid-70's, nurtured with sounds of funk, soul, R'n'B, disco, hip hop, gospel and fed with love for music. He didn't kept aligned with the musical trends during his youth and followed the Rave scene during the 90's. House was and still is his passion but disco it is what he knows best. Influenced by the styles of the pioneers in DJing, like Ron Hardy, Larry Levan, Nicky Siano, Frankie Knuckles to name a few, and the 90's DJs like MAW, Todd Terry, DJ Sneak and Derrick Carter. Chicago's and Detroit dance scene is what intrigues him the most. Besides his weekly web radio show, he is preparing personal re-edits that soon be published in his favourite medium, vinyl.
Nick Power has been a professional DJ on the radio and club circuit for several years after starting out from Music Power Records, the London based chain of record shops, which he founded back in 1982. He then went on to become a part of Kiss fm in London as a presenter, which opened doors worldwide for his career as a full time DJ.
Now a major part of the hugely popular & successful Soul Kandi group, Nick Power’s radio shows are broadcast over several radio stations all around the globe, and his shows are being classed as one of the best Soulful & Uplifting House shows in the world.
From the mid 1990’s until mid 2000’s, Nick Power moved to Ayia Napa in Cyprus & was hugely successful with his very own nightclub The Kool Club, and in making Ayia Napa one of the clubbing Capitals of Europe as it is known today & was named as “The Godfather of Ayia Napa”, and as “The Legend that started it all”, on BBC TV & in several holiday company brochures for the resort. Nick Power’s Kool Club, now under different ownership, & called the Castle Club, lives on as one of the best clubs in the World.
Still very active on the club circuit, Nick Power has, and is still playing, several of the best clubs in the world, and alongside some of the major players in House music.
