About Jally Kebba Susso:
Over recent years Susso has been experimenting with blends of traditional griot music and Funk,Jazz,Blues and hip hop.
He won the best Kora Player accolade at a major youth conference in Gambia in 2001.
Since relocating to the UK, Susso has performed at the Royal Festival Hall, the National Theatre, Momo's, Cargo, Africa Centre, ICA, WOMAD, Nelson Mandela's birthday in Hyde Park (2008), the UpRise Festival in Finsbury Park (2010) and many more.
