With all the appropriate measures and better safe than sorry...still, in a week's time, we will be back just a few metres from a stage.
After almost seven months, we are thrilled and ready to finally invite you again to a gig! Might be small, intimate and socially distanced, still it will be a good-and-proper show!
On Saturday the 3rd of October, together with University of Tropical Sound, we will bring summer back for an evening with the warm and full-flavoured tunes played by Cuban singer/songwriter and talented guitarist Javier Camilo.
On the Jago stage, the Havana-born musician, who also enriches the ranks of bands like Lokkhi Terra, The Game and has collaborated with many London-based projects, will showcase all the cubania brimming from his debut album.
To set the Latin and Caribbean rhythms in motion, Carthnage (University of Tropical Sound's honcho) will do the honours with a DJ-set accompanied by live percussions.
COVID-19 rules and guidelines for venues only allow the Jago to operate with very limited capacity (of audience, not music) with all entries on a first come first served basis. Early arrival is highly recommend!
