Following on their knock-out success at festivals over the summer in 2013, the Québec-based quartet never fail to delight crowds with their mix of fiddle, guitar, accordion, and hurdy-gurdy. They perform original songs and many taken from the traditional Canadian repertoire sung in native French.
The band is now one of the most-loved Québec folk outfits throughout the world. The group's current line-up consists of singers/multi-instrumentalists Nicolas Boulerice, Simon Beaudry, Olivier Demers, and Réjean Brunet. On stage Le Vend Du Nord know how to deliver music that will move any crowd – to their feet and in their hearts! Le Vent Du Nord is constantly on the road, playing mostly in North America and Europe. They have performed all across Canada, in over 40 US states, and in over 15 European countries.
