Meltem Trio With Guest Cigdem Aslan

Playing in London for the first time, Meltem Trio will perform Middle Eastern masterpieces, traditional tunes, improvisations, Rebetika, Greek & Turkish songs, with guest singer Cigdem Aslan whose album "Mortissa" has been met with rave reviews.

 

MELTEM Trio is made up of Michalis Kouloumis on violin, Alexandros Papadimitrakis on oud & lavta and Ruven Ruppik on percussion. These outstanding musicians are based in different cities in Europe so this is a rare opportunity to hear this exciting collaboration.
