Minimal Klezmer create a unique sound combining the pious as well as festive natures of traditional Jewish melodies. In their original arrangements played by mainly 'portable' and acoustic instruments reminiscent of small klezmer groups captured in recordings from the early 20th century, Minimal Klezmer make use of all of the possibilities of expression and improvisation of their acoustic line-up.

Although formed only in 2011, Minimal Klezmer have performed at a variety of venues and events in Italy and the United Kingdom. Among these, the most significant ones were the opening of the Carnevalanga festival for the Venice Carnival, the "L'Anima della Fisarmonica" (The Soul of the Accordion) festival in Fontanafredda, Italy, and a performance at Ronnie Scott's in London. Their London performances are the final leg of their 2012 tour spanning accross Italy, Hungary and the UK.
