Sashi and The Wild Beans
When Sashi Wild picked the crème of London's young musical talent, good things were always bound to happen. Hailing from London and representing some of the capitals finest musical establishments, Sashi & the Wild Beans are an amalgamation of some of the UK's most juicy, funkaliscious, talented, up and coming musicians, stopping any disengaged talking rabble and gathering a crowds worthy of any festival ground. With her rock solid band of Beans, Sashi Wild has only her stunning, hair-raising, bowel moving voice to think about. Just over a year young, their live show is luring audiences from all directions and getting promoters itching. Combining soulful, infectious lyrics with a melody you're committed to for weeks to follow. This 11 strong band can produce a sound that is full, complex and emotive. With searing horns and detailed backing vocals to boot, the band sets the perfect platform for Sashi Wild to lyrically sail over. Drawing on a varied array of eclectic musical tastes their original tunes fuse sounds from motown through to rock, jazz and reggae, creating a unique vibe and performance that's both professional, mesmerising and smile inducing. After an exciting summer of festivals including highlights such as opening the G-stage at Glastonbury to large and lively, dancing crowd, Sashi & the Wild Beans are set to achieve big things in 2012. In an age where over affected vocals and instruments are the norm The Beans are hell-bent on focusing on the power and beauty of live music!
