A bohemianaut is one who travels through uncharted spaces towards some notion of “bohemia”, and The Bohemianauts are a mutable combo of such travellers, playing and singing as they go.

These guys are delightfully twisted band of gypsy music-makers whose sounds would fit in perfectly at an old ramshackle circus. The Bohemianauts have a unique stage presence reminiscent of Gypsy vaudeville, with elements of ‘bastard cabaret and songs of unrequited dread’ thrown in for good measure.

With Tom Baker on accordion, Raf Lijtman on guitar, Laurence Eliott-Potter on piano, Nick Doyne-Ditmas on double bass, and a variety of other musicians coming and going depending on the performance, expect a fantastical and all-round eccentric take on old gypsy songwriting.
