Wind, fire, earth and water elements will be represented by instruments, melodies, rhythms and songs. A diverse sound exploring the different cultures across the Andes, that is calling to unite our mind, soul and hearts to re-connect with Mother Earth, the essential love. Three musicians, three human beings, each of whom have experienced a musical journey in South America, Cuba, Africa and India.

Phaxsi in Aymara language means ‘Mother Moon’, and Coca is the sacred coca leaf, a traditional holy symbol of the integration of nature and people in the South American Andes area dating back many millennia. Bolivian Phaxsi Coca plays the traditional wind instruments from the Andes region, such as a family of Sikus (similar to panpipes, made from bamboo), qenas, tarqas and charango.

Kanti Qena, from Peru, is based in London and is a composer and multi instrumentalist musician. His main instruments are the qena and charango, both from the Andes: Bolivia and Peru. Kanti has performed in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Brasil, Germany, Spain and the UK. He has recorded several albums. In 2008 he formed the band Lokandes.

Ayoze de Alejandro Lopez, Gran Canaria-born, merges drumkit and percussion to travel musically through Andalusian, Kurdish-Turkish, Mediterranean, Latin American and African music. Based in London, Ayoze de Alejandro is an international musician performing in Peru, Turkey, Canada, India, Saudi Arabia, Israel and Kenya. The path of knowing about people's musical culture and spirituality have taken him to Seville, Morocco, Peru and Cuba...so far.
