Leo Duany's Tumbao Tivoli is a London based all Cuban band with the authentic sound from Santiago de Cuba – known as the cradle of “son”. The band play a mix of Leo Duany’s own dynamic Cuban beats as well as Cuban classics.

Leo Duany started his national and international artistic career at the age of 6 playing with Afro-Cuban folkloric groups dancing, singing and playing percussion. He was a founding member of Septeto Turquino (now known as Turquino – the band in the London show Havana Rakatan). From there he was part of the house band for the Santiago Theatre Company Experimental Juvenil, where Leo first became a lead singer. With other members of this band he formed the very well known Sonora La Calle.
