------
The last decade has seen more people take to the streets in acts of dissent. Protest actions have exploded around the world becoming more popular amongst people who are feeling marginalised and oppressed by the dominant neo-liberal socio-economic and political framework.
From Boston to Brixton to Blikkiersdop to Buenaventura to Ayotzinapa, disillusioned people have voiced their anger and are organising against police brutality and state sanctioned structural and active violence.
Join Frontline activists from South Africa, Mexico and the UK to discuss the issues that bring us together as we seek to build global solidarity.
This event is part of the speaker tour organised by War on Want. The tour, which runs from the 6-17 July 2015, has been put together to raise awareness and build global resistance against the violence of neoliberalism and its infringements on human rights.
