This Autumn Rich Mix presents a line up of homegrown and international talent. Travel to the far corners of the world via East London with our programme of globetrotting acts. We’ll be starting our journey close to home with Amaraterra, a relentless dance frenzy from Salento, Italy. We’ll also be travelling through the rhythms of Africa from the Ivory Coast with singer Dobet Gnahore, not before exploring the history of sights and music with Egypt : Visual Iconography and Sound and moving forward into a party of finest Pan African contemporary music with A’friquency.Rich Mix will also play host to some big names in music from across the world: Tulipa Ruiz, Dele Sosimi, Vaudou Game, Acid Arab, Alsarah and Nubatones. We’ll also be showcasing the forefront of Korean music with two nights of double headliners from Serious K-Music series: Idiotape + The Patients & Danpyunsun and the Sailors & Asian Chairshot. Not content with music from just one heritage, Chango Spasiuk fuses Argentina and Eastern European genres creating beautiful, cross-continental pieces, while AMAL - HOPE explores the musical journey from the Middle East to Greece with smells, sights and sounds. The voyage wouldn’t be complete without the exploration of displacement and migration as the world joins us for an audio visual musical. Songs of Immigrants & Experience.Joining all the dots together are Världens Band mixing together folk music from  its 13 members’ native countries, true international fusion.
