Safe and Sounds: Safe & Sounds #81 – Belle Bête

cyril comp

This Corona stuff really sucks ey! Since we might all be bound by borders for a while, we’d like to come together and share some happiness in the shape of a playlist or mix!

In the next days and weeks, check out Safe & Sounds, where we will figuratively introduce you to and put you in touch with music whizzes, featuring their selections, collections and picks from all around the globe.

Be “Safe & Sounds” and wash your hands!

Music moves the body and it feeds the soul, while showing us that the two are really one and the same. On the dance floor we find new ways to move, to think, to feel and to be free. Nobody knows what a body can do: but every night, every set, every record, is an adventure.

Beauty and the Beat (the party) is a monthly joint that has been running since 2005. It involves moving and setting up a audiophile sound system, running a 8 hours party with a psychedelic aesthetic and hopefully helping facilitate many collective joy moments.

Belle bête is also one of Time Capsule label curators and resident at the now infamous audiophile London venue Brilliant Corners.
